One platform connecting flyers, flight medical teams and drug developers, from the first question to the return home.

Space Pass

Qualify for space travel

Space Pass is designed to build a health profile of each flyer from their records, labs, medications and wearables. It is designed to score readiness by mission type, flag medications that may behave differently in microgravity and show the evidence behind each flag.

  1. Sign up. Register your interest in flying.
  2. Qualifying check. Answer 13 questions for an early read on readiness. This is not a medical clearance.
  3. Consent. Choose, separately and optionally, to take part in space research.
Safe Registry

Your health data, licensed on your terms

With separate consent, a flyer's profile grows into one of the most complete longitudinal health records possible: records, labs, medications, wearables and genomics, before, during and after flight.

Researchers in pharma, biotech, AI and medtech license consented profiles per use. You can potentially get paid as a creator of health data. Only consent records and payouts are logged on the ledger, never health data. Licensing is never a condition of Space Pass.

Orbit Twin Trials

Evidence for medicines in flight

Simulated twin studies to help pharma and device companies generate evidence of safety and tolerability in microgravity and spacecraft environments, compared with life on Earth.

Our goal is for space twin trials to become a standard step for medicines that civilians take into flight, much as the thorough QT study became standard under ICH E14. This is our plan and view. No regulator has adopted such a requirement.

SilicoSafe is a research prototype being validated. It provides decision support for flight medical teams and is not FDA-cleared, a diagnosis or a guarantee of fitness to fly.
